Services we offer

KBS Solicitors services cover all aspects of criminal defence work including advice and representation at the police station, magistrates’ court, crown court, court of appeal, RSPCA prosecutions and government agency interviews. We provide FREE ADVICE and REPRESENTATION whilst in the police station, regardless of your financial position.

KBS Solicitors hold a contract with the Legal Aid Agency and we will advise you as to your entitlement for legal aid. We can represent you in any court throughout England or Wales in any motoring or criminal prosecution. If you are not eligible for legal aid, we can offer you the certainty of a fixed fee so you know from the start how much you will be paying. Where legal aid is available, and you win your case against the prosecution, some of your costs can be recovered from central funds.

We are experts in criminal law and if you are facing a prosecution we are here to help 24 hours a day and you will be speaking to a solicitor who can advise you immediately on your rights and expertly guide you through the criminal process to ensure that your interests are protected and defended at all times.
